Mona Ghiami, CA Mona graduated with honours from the University of British Columbia earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology. She qualified as a CA with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Vancouver. During her time in Vancouver, Mona was a member of the PwC Chartered Accountants School of Business (CASB) Education Committee, the PwC Learning & Education Committee, the Finance Committee for the Boys & Girls Club as well as a UFE Mentor and Case Writing Instructor. After 3 years with the Vancouver office she transferred to PwC Chicago where she was also part of the Audit & Assurance Group. In her 4-1/2 years in public practice in the Vancouver & Chicago PwC offices, Mona worked on a variety of clients ranging from High-Tech/Biotech to Forestry/Mining as well as Not-for-Profits. After working in Chicago for 1-1/2 years, Mona moved to Toronto to take on the role of PwC’s National Recruitment Manager and did so for 3 recruiting seasons. Mona joined the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario as the Director of Career Information in March 2007. She sits on the National Recruiting Working Group (which is comprised of her counterparts across Canada) and she has been a Board Member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ontario since June 2007 and is currently the Chair. |

Cordie Jagt, CA Cordie obtained her Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University (2001-2005). During this time she worked as a Supervisor at Titles Bookstore, held a teaching assistant position for the introduction to business course and served time on the DeGroote Accounting Association executive team throughout her university career, ending with President in her graduating year. Upon graduation, she began working in the Audit and Assurance Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their Downtown Toronto office. During this time she worked on companies in a variety of industries including entertainment & media, insurance, banking, real estate and not-for-profits. Cordie spent time as the Chair of the UFE Mentor Committee at PwC and was quite involved with the Social Committee. She also did a six month secondment to the National Campus Recruitment team. After writing her professional exams and qualifying as a CA, Cordie transferred to the GTA Campus Recruiting team at PwC and spent 2 years in this department, hiring approximately 400 students during this time.Cordie started at the ICAO in January of 2010. She thoroughly enjoys working with students who are interested in obtaining their CA designation and is excited to continue this in her role at the Institute. Cordie is also quite involved with the Canadian Cancer Society and has volunteered in their Daffodil Campaign for two years and more recently as the Co-Chair of Survivor Recruitment & Reception for the Relay for Life event in Etobicoke. She has also been active in a professional organization called the Canadian Association of Career Educators & Employers (CACEE), serving time on their Ontario Regional Board, the National Communications Committee, and Editorial Advisory Board for Career Options Magazine. |

Sheetal Gupta, CA Sheetal graduated from The University of Western Ontario – Richard Ivey School of Business (Ivey) with an Honours in Business Administration (HBA). Upon graduation, she began working in the Audit and Assurance Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their Downtown Toronto office where she qualified as a CA after working there for 3 years. Her main focus was in the Asset Management Group. During her time at PwC, Sheetal was a mentor to CA students, was part of the Tower Committee where she helped in the firm's transition to their new building, and was on the soccer team. Her most recent role at PwC was as the GTA Campus Recruitment Senior where she was instrumental in hiring over 250 of the best & brightest students to the firm. Sheetal was chosen as PwC's National "Rock Star" – one of the six faces of PwC's Brilliant Futures Recruitment Campaign. Sheetal has a passion for dance and travel. She has performed and choreographed plays and Bollywood dances for many community cultural events since childhood. She has travelled to over 20 countries around the world and went to the Esade Business School in Barcelona, Spain on exchange in her last semester at Ivey. Sheetal also volunteers for CORD (Chinmaya Organization for Rural Development) whose proceeds go toward helping underdeveloped cities become self-sufficient. |

Jennifer Diebolt As the Senior Liaison Officer at the ICAO, Jennifer promotes the CA designation at Ontario high schools, colleges, and universities by speaking with accounting and business classes. Jennifer joined the ICAO in February 2007 and has since delivered over 1,000 presentations to students across the province. Her responsibilities include; managing the Teacher Colleague Program and its yearly conferences, leading the No Limits Toronto and Ottawa Conferences, the CA-Sprott Business Competition, and the DECA High School partnership. Jennifer graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2006, with a BA Honours Sociology and a specialization in Crime and Deviance. After graduating, she was hired as a University of Waterloo Liaison Officer on contract for the fall of 2006. While in university, she worked for Rogers Communications as a Customer Retention Specialist and for Cineplex Entertainment as a Staff Supervisor. She is currently enrolled in the Business Management Certificate program at Ryerson University.

Jeff Capel As a graduate of Brock University, Jeff obtained an honours degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Disability Studies. Throughout his time at Brock he was actively involved in campus activities, including his role as a Residence Don for two years, a team assistant for the first year orientation program and holding various other positions within student services at the university. Upon graduation, Jeff joined the Recruitment and Liaison team at Brock, starting as a contract liaison officer visiting various schools across Ontario. His contract developed into a full-time position allowing him to conduct high schools visits across Canada and in parts of the USA. He was also responsible for supervising the Campus Experience Coordinator program for prospective Brock students. After five years, he was ready to switch gears and move to Toronto. As a member of the Career Information team, Jeff's responsibilities include overseeing the Rule the Tube competition and planning the No Limits Conferences. Outside of work, Jeff thoroughly enjoys traveling and has been to El Salvador and the Philippines on behalf of Habitat for Humanity. He also participated in university run reading week trip to Ghana. Now that he is in Toronto, he is looking forward to returning to his roots by getting involved and volunteering with the special needs population. |

Rizelle de Ocampo Rizelle is the Coordinator of Career Information at the ICAO. In her role she plays a large part in running the administrative operations of the CI team, and markets the CA profession to prospective student, teachers and professors. Additionally, Rizelle manages the annual high school level accounting competition - ¢OIN, and pilots logistical details of the No Limits and the Chartered for Finance conferences. Prior to beginning her role at the Institute in November 2009 Rizelle’s employment experiences include a creative executive assistant role with zig Inc. (a communications company), a client service representative position with CIBC Wood Gundy and most recently, a regional sales coordinator role at a Canadian fund company, where her responsibilities included planning and organizing regional portfolio manager events and road shows. Rizelle graduated from the University of Toronto and holds an Honours BA with a specialization in Fine Arts. In her spare time she also volunteers with the Canadian Cancer Society where she is the Co-Chair of Survivor Recruitment & Reception for their largest fund-raising event Relay for Life. |
