REGISTER FOR THE 2012 ȻOIN COMPETITION NOW
Are you a whiz at accounting? High School students interested in becoming Chartered Accountants have a chance to:
WIN up to $1,500 in ¢OIN! That's a whole lot of change!
What's in it for you?
¢OIN is an accounting competition for high school students. It provides you with a tremendous opportunity to compete provincially with others who share your interest in the accounting profession. By writing the exam at a CA Training Office located close to your school, you will get a taste of what it is like to be a CA. The competition consists of 75 senior-level, multiple-choice questions and it will take place on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. The All-Ontario first-place winner receives $1,500, while second and third-place winners receive $1,000 and $500 respectively. The remaining top 20 students (the Honour Roll) win $100 and are invited to the Institute for an Awards Ceremony & Luncheon on June 12, 2012. The prize money for the top three students is matched for their high school business department. If you win the top prize of $1,500, so does your school!
You must first register as a High School Ambassador by Friday, March 2, 2012 by 5:00 p.m. (as you have already done) and we need to receive your Agreement & Release form by Friday, March 9, 2012 by 5:00 p.m. Once we have that form and update our records, you will be able to register for the ¢OIN Competition.
The deadline for ¢OIN Registration is Friday, March 23, 2011 by 5:00 p.m.
